I’m Hannah Robinson. This site is a brochure for my singing and teaching work. I’m based in England, and I treat anything you send me under UK GDPR.
What I collect
If you use the enquiry form, I receive the name, email, phone number, event type, date and message you type in. If you DM me on Instagram or Facebook, those platforms have their own privacy policies.
Why I use it
To reply to your booking or teaching enquiry, and to keep a record of dates we’ve discussed. I don’t sell your details, and I don’t use them for marketing lists unless you’ve asked me to stay in touch.
How it gets to me
The form may be delivered by Formspree, Resend, or your own email app (mailto), depending on how this site is configured. Those providers process the message so I can read it.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for as long as I need them to manage a booking, and then for a sensible period afterwards in case we work together again. You can ask me to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details I hold, ask me to correct them, or ask me to erase them. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
How to reach me
Use the contact form or Instagram. I don’t publish a postal address or phone number on this site.
